Planning Applications
Our experienced planning consultants ensure peace of mind from initial consultation to completion of your planning application, to ensure your proposal is best represented from start to finish.We will ensure that your planning application has the best chance of success by demonstrating to your local council that the proposal has considered all relevant planning law and legislation prior to submission.
Working Drawings and Building Control
There is a legal requirement for all new building work to comply with UK building regulations, even when no planning permission is needed. We deliver detailed-working drawings to be used for contractors’ quotes, construction guides, and building regulations full plans approval. We have a strong team of structural engineers, party wall surveyors and other consultants on hand to guide you through the process.
